It was already my second time staying at Nevsky Aster Hotel. I prefer this hotel as the location is very central and you may easily get to any place from there (either by metro or by taxi, besides, Nevsky Prospect is walking distance). The hotel is not luxury, but very clean and modern. Comfortable rooms and cosy bed. One more plus was Free Internet. So I would highly recommend Nevsky Aster Hotel as a place to stay in St. Petersburg!

I've just returned from Saint-Petersburg, Russia and had great time there. I've stayed at Nevsky Aster hotel with my friend. The room was nice and clean. Location is very central, very close to the sights. Overall, the hotel was a good value. That is a great budget option for a stay in St. Petersburg.

We've spent a fantastic getaway in Saint Petersburg. I'm amazed by the city's beauty, its rich history and warm hospitality. Nevsky Aster hotel was a good choice for accommodation, not expensive (as the hotels in Russia could be), but very central and pleasant place to stay. It was convenient in all cases. We would come again :)

Traveled on business to St. Petersburg, found Aster Hotel very central. The breakfast was ok, and Internet for free. The room was of a good size, enough space for one. I've read some reviews on other sites and worried about my choice. Nevertheless, I was not disappointed about hotel. Many cafes and shops around, Nevsky Prospect is at hand. The service was above average.

I enjoyed Nevsky Hotel Aster, recently stayed at it for 4 nights in February.

A central location was number one priority for me; I don't like to stroll about the dark streets of a big unknown city. I felt very secure and like being right in the city centre. I was allowed an early check in and was able to take a shower right after arrival.

I didn't spend much money for accommodation (around 120 USD per night), I compared the hotel rates in this area and found Aster to be the best deal. A good choice for traveling on business!

The personnel's foreign language was excellent. The rooms at hotel are well cleaned. Tasty breakfast everyday.,free high speed internet also a plus. I am very likely to return to the Hotel Aster.
